You cannot learn to play from behind if you never play from behind and in tournament situation you can't give up or at least you shouldn't.
There is always value in playing out even the disaster games, with the mentality of finding ways of stealing resources to the best of your ability. But that's UNDER the assumption that everyone is trying , if you have half the team trying to play and the other half afk-ing under the fountain , that's when the shit is pointless. You hear pro's always say that in best of 3 if you make the losses very hard , that gives you mental edge in the next game.
NA is not going to improve , but not for the reasons you think. Korean ladder is FF15 only at the very top level when it's clear that with players of that Calbre it's impossible to find significant swings.
If you go to any other level where self-IMPROVEMENT is possible , they tryhard. This is why NA will never be as good as KR , because NA doesn't tryhard… and you won't be able to understand the "Tryhard" mentality until you've played on other servers.
Cheese picking , playing below your level , one tricks , absolute all ins every game, some of the root causes of stale Region performance.

just some friendly advice, if u can, try to drop a ward on the enemy wraith camp, from my experience it helps u out mid when ur trying to play aggro on the laner since it spots out the enemy jgler pretty well.
