  1. This video might as well be called “why no one plays mages in season 11”. Viktor is pretty much a case study in every issue mages have right now (weak waveclear early without running completely oom, over-reliance on item power spikes to be useful, and lack of self-peel when every champ on the rift has 3+ dashes), though he has it worse than most since his upgrades mean his base abilities are utter garbage unless he gets some lucky assists early.

    It's absurd how important lane priority is in this meta. Its very concept denies all late-game champs with weak early games the chance to shine.

  9. “Has one of the weakest early games". You kidding me ? The the champion with the weakest early game is Aurelion Sol. And I main him. Compared to Asol, Viktor is op in the early.

  10. I started playing Viktor 5 days ago, I can't play mid so I'm playing him as support, I had a couple of games in my day 1 of testing out champ that I just carried whole game with my friend and this champ is really cool, I just wish I knew how to use his R lmao

  11. Could you try making Why no one plays Vladimir? I don't really seem him played even after the buffs and i was thinking it would be pretty interesting considering the amount of power when getting a lead

  12. its the same principle as crit sivir, sivir is a menace in the late especially with gathering storm but she just takes too much time to power spike, high base damage high movespeed, 4 seconds spell shield is all nothing because she's useless early and her kit is encouraged to fight. The main difference is that sivir can farm and has 2 builds lethatlity being her relevant build rn. Viktor cant go tank because of how toplane works now and the lost of klepto.

  21. Viktor and weak early game ? Are we talking about same champion ? Yes, he might not solo kill you and have very weak wave clear that is a fact, but unlike Ekko, or Kassadin you have no way to stop Viktor from scaling. He is what if Vladimir was balanced champion. Viktor has the factor that he will always safely scale and he is time bomb you cannot delay, unlike others, but he won't randomly rush alternator and one shoot you lvl 6 like a certain healing battle mage xd. I would say Viktor has amazing early game for how well he scales and he definitly can poke down enemies, be annoying and solo kill champs like Zed, Yone, Yasuo and other malee champs that do not do a lot of damage till first item. It takes exacly 8 minutes for Viktor to get E upgraded and at this moment good Viktor is now a fucking god. Literally if there is no Irelia, but any assasin you win everytime. Also Viktor is not a battle mage. Viktor is burst mage and you can one shoot anyone by 2 items
