I would have agreed to you that the game is the best if getting 100% (5 stars) wasn't a chore. To do it you need to beat every stage with every character.
I think Mario Kart Tour is the Best Mario game, but that’s my opinion.
The only downside is you have to clear all levels all stars with ALL 5 CHARACTERS
I think Super Mario Odyssey is better because there is so much replay value, like it is almost imposible to get 999 moons!!

I heard a lot of people say there is going to be a 3d world tour in mario kart tour I don't think it will happen
I love Mario 3d world. It is also my fav 3d mario game and it is super underrated. Unfortunately I am not sure if I will get it on switch. Because why would I pay 60$ for the game I have already bought on the wii u for 20$ (because of the nintendo select) and also I am not sure how much new content there us. I've never played the original game but I will play the Switch port and I'm so excited to play it for the first time! It looks like an awesome game! My personal favorite Mario game and also favorite game of all time is Super Mario Odyssey.

In my opinion Super Mario Galaxy 1 & 2 are the best Mario games
But I do agree I absolutely adore this game it’s probably my favourite apart from Mario kart it is amazing
