  1. Are you fucking kidding me?tap straffing isnt op at all…the person tap straffing cant really aim that well, its easier for the person who is targeting the tap strafer to track the tap strafer than otherwise….and good players can track a tap strafer.I played games with far more mobility than apex….could run walls, jump from one wall on another and good players could still track me, but now, in apex, there is a mechanic that lets you turn left and right more quickly and eveyrone cries cuz they are dogshit at the game. What about aim assist on controller? How is that accessible and I dont care about the argument that "aim assist is there because of the lack of fps on console" when I am masters, and go against a bronze console player in a pub, and that player beams me from close and medium range and I remain with 1 health in under a second. The end result is that the bronze player who has 60 fsp + aim assist didnt use any fucking skill and I was left with 1 health almost instantly and I am not even taking into account that mnk requires the use of many more muscles than controller, and controlling the impulsese of these muscles + the fac that many close range broken weapons are on the ground right now.Crrossplay shouldnt have existed in apex, cuz now they are dumbing down the game just because some people play an inferior device that puts limitations on their gameplay, so now…we have a ,lower skill ceiling.Well played respawn…fucking retards…

  2. MnK has no disadvantages they are superior in all fights. They have minute mechanics that allow them to have way more accuracy. Mnk can not complain about aim assist it they have zero recoil. plain an simple. MnK you are cheap its just fact. They can beem someone across the map with a 99? And they have a disadvantage in fire fight? If you play controller and there is a downed player and it is up close you are at a disadvantage because it can auto lock to the downed player.. Honestly MnK players complain while still having ridiculous amounts of advantages. If you lose to controller players you didn't play well plain and simple.. They did better, in order for you to loose to a controller player they have to do way more of an effort than you on MnK. You have all the advantage in every aspect on MnK. No other way around it. If you lose to controller they out played you.

  3. Look imo if your going to have tap strafing in the game then it has to be implemented on console also. It's only fair, it's a movement mechanic that gives the PC players the edge. If not then take it out in all entirely like they are doing. Which again imo is fair.

  4. Stay I am a MnK player that has also being playing controller games from a young age with no aim assist. Let just say they do lower AA down to oh .1 MnK we’ll still complain and cry about it even if they remove AA from controller on pc if they die to a controller player we’ll still complain and cry about it. Mainly noko and Mac

  5. Tap strafing should go. as long as long as PC/Console crossplay is a thing at least. It creates an uneven playground outside of skill and it was clearly not intended.

Be happy for it to stay if crossplay was Console only and PC was separate but since they want console and PC to compete together…

  6. I like the idea of only removing it from your scroll wheel, since it does require you to be more skilled in order to pull it off.
For it being inaccessible to controller players, either don't play with PC since you're normally not even matched with PC players, and what's even more inaccessible to PC players is the power of aim assits.

  7. they should just add it on on controller example: slow moving analog sticks is air strafing fast movement of the analog sticks should be tap strafing that way every one is happy plus predicting it is not that big of a deal since most things in apex are unpredictable or hard to predict

  8. Considering that it was not an intended mechanic, I do believe it will be unnoticeable in the overall game. We might see other skills appear in the high level highlights but overall, the gameplay will be unchanged by this. It looks great and fake as hell but I do see the base for their decision.
