Welcome to MojoPlays! Today, we’re looking at why video games need preservation. We need to preserve video games because they’re our history and every single one, good or bad, is still valuable to understanding culture, art, and entertainment, especially in a medium that has changed so quickly. But knowing we need to preserve them is only half the battle – how exactly do we go about doing this?

What's the oldest game in your collection?
They sure as hell do. I still want After Burner Climax to come back.
This is why emulation exists, to preserve and replay games that we know and love throughout our lives as gamers.
The way I see it games don't really need any form of preservation.
They were released to do what they do in the time frame that is expected to do that in.
After that they are useless.
I still want def jam fight for ny back
Nice
I bet Nintendo will copyright strike this video
Fuck preservation!!! Everything needs to be dumped in a land field as soon as the new generations begins, so that future us can have something interesting to do and dig it out later in their lifetime
We are collecting and preserving. We out here. Never left
Because classics video-games piece of history & memory.
