  1. It is easy to say all of this but when put to the test it is not working. See my case I started playing valorant form March 2021 and I dint touch comp till I became good at the game and only played unrated till May and then I started playing comp. I did many of these tricks and tried to improve but I am still struck in bronze where as my friends who started playing after me are in gold. I am tired of these improvement tricks and done with the game

  2. I have to disagree with training right before going to sleep. Your brain does not necessarily retain a higher portion of information the closer you are to that vital sleep time. If anything, at the end of the day you’d be tired and sluggish, not a good environment for practicing fast and precise coordination and aim. Like with any skill or memorization training, the key is in frequency. Frequent, shorter sessions would be more helpful than infrequent, long ones. Each of those shorter sessions should be with peak focus and the best possible environment. Also, the video’s tip contradicts its good sleep argument. Don’t overstimulate yourself right before sleeping,

  3. I mean yeah i agree with not over practicing but getting carpal tunnel and RSi is extremely rare, especially in gaming, so just dont practice aiming for more than 1 hour and take little breaks but even if you don't your hand will just be worn out, doesn't mean you'll get hand/wrist problems as its rare and not guaranteed to get it as only a couple pro players in all of esports has gotten it and they play the most
