Will a new era of “good” video games be upon us

They already did make a comeback since both Tomb Raider and Rampage earned decent good reviews (story was almost flawed, great actors including an Oscar winner or nominee, borrow elements from the games what they told). Just don’t bring Uwe Bol to the mix with stupid ideas that don’t work.

I support Microsoft's creative control and being in charge in the movie this is something what marvel studios did with the MCU despite being owned by Disney marvel still does have creative control on the movies and chooses of director whether the studio approves or not
