A CRYO-Physical hybrid build is going to be outrageous at C2… yet sure, you must be a whale for that: I'm growing the opinion that she is going to be a whale-friendly character, indeed, as at C0 she might be a little underwhelming as she is practically a cryo-Razor the most of the time… My perplexity pulling for her is growing indeed…

I just would like to point out that between Hutao and Eula elemental bursts:
Hutao : Skill Dmg is 493.95% at level 10 and for low hp skill dmg is 617.44%
Eula: Skill Dmg is 442.08% at level 10 but her Lightfall sword has a base dmg of 725.56% at level 10 on top of which during it's 7 sec duration your hits will charge the Lightfall sword with 148% damage per hit with max of 30 stacks.
Now I know, 30 stacks isn't realistic still with even 10 stacks it comes to 1480% dmg.
So, Hutao burst does either 493% or 617% dmg
But Eula burst does at least 442% +725% +1480% dmg easily which far outscales hutao which means Eula's burst is stronger than Hutao

well you're right about Hu'tao being the "supreme" reaction character, but the main problem with your approach on Eula is that you take her as an "Elemental reactions character" and yes she can be one of those, but the main focus in Eula's kit is Physical Dmg, just looking at her constellations and her Ult says enough, also you completely skipped the stack mechanic on Eula's Ult witch at lvl 10 gives a total of 2207% dmg modif… combine all that with a Superconduct team and then we can talk about Eula's true potential

Just want to point out, I think some bits of info are lacking in this vid, so I make this comment to clear up some things. Though, I agree with your conclusion of Eula won't be at Hutao/Ganyu level. Anyway, I appreciate that you made a video like this. Hope you can continue to help people and bring out better info in the future.
Now, the essay.
This video hasn't addressed the full capability of Eula's ult (Q) damage, especially the stacking and exploding mechanism. Eula's Q can increase its damage if she continuously damages enemies using her Q, E (skill), and AA (normal attacks), after she cast her Q. Doing so will add a stack to her Q damage, increasing its explosion damage (which will occur after 7 seconds, and is physical damage). That mechanism can increase her Q damage multiplier to up to 4200%-ish at talent level 6, assuming getting full 30 stacks. For comparison, Hutao's melted burst will 'only' reach a roughly 1000% multiplier.
However, that doesn't automatically make her better than Hutao. Eula needs to get 30 stacks to reach that 4200% multiplier, which is very hard. She would need multiple targets that have enough hit lag to gain more stacks, limiting her ease of use. I estimate that normally you can get around 15-17 stacks on her Q, resulting in around 2500% multiplier. Not a small number for sure, but remember that she's physical and cannot do any reaction that will grant bonus dmg outside of superconduct. Also, her burst is 20s cooldown and needs 80 energy, so you would need more ER than your standard DPS.
I don't think Eula will outdamage Hutao or Ganyu. Hutao's output is really big, with up to 400% multiplier every second when she charge attack spam + vaporise, and Ganyu + melt is the current highest ceiling with more consistent damage than Hutao's. Though Eula will be up there amongst top DPS' for sure.
PS: also want to note that being pyro does not make the character broken. Just look at poor Xinyan.

Great video but I think you also have to factor in the damage of her light sword for her overall burst.
8:53 –> Hu Tao's low hp skill dmg is at a 617.44% multiplier while Eula's Ult's skill dmg + lightfall sword base dmg is 442+725 = a 1217% multiplier. If it were based on multipliers alone, Eula's ult would deal more damage EVEN IF you don't factor in any potential stacks you may gain in the 7-second window. That said, I do think it somehow balances out when you factor in reactions (vaporize or melt for Hu Tao vs melt & superconduct for Eula) and getting even just half the stacks on Eula's ult (which is likely attainable for f2p/low spenders who won't get c6).
Then again, Mihoyo may buff the crap out of Eula to boost sales just like they did with Ganyu, so we'll just have to wait and see.
I feel like the only reason why ppl say some characters are powerful is only because the game just started just wait until years later there'll obviously be a character who can beat Hu Tao or Ganyu,it's just that there's tons of room for characters to easily showcase themselves

you forgot Eulas elemental burst 30 stacks that goes up to 4,447% and explodes dealing that % of dmg depending of how many stacks you managed to get lol this easily outdamages evey elemental burst in the game, better check the math again. some CN beta testers already tested Eulas elemental burst with 4 star weapon and 5 star weapon and she is said to deal 200k physical dmg easily with the new phys artifact equip.

ngl.leaks helped me a lot on this one.i saw one about eula weeks ago and it instantly made me to a simp.been saving for almost 2 months now and if my numbers are right i should be able to get her.i hope she comes early.best of luck to those wishing for her
For me new characters are more interesting than an old one so even though Zhongli is meta, I would probably roll for other characters that will come in the future.
I think you forget that she does physical damage in her burst…
