What’s up guys and gals, I’m Kage848. I love to make videos for Youtube, mostly early access survival games like 7 Days to Die, Empyrion, Raft, Mist Survival, The Forest, and more! I also dabble in City Builders and strategy games like Civilization 5, Civilization 6, Dawn of Man, Stonehearth, Factorio and Rim World. I do at least two videos everyday of mainly tutorials, let’s plays and general gameplay footage. Thanks for watching my videos.

This Early Access game is not complete and may or may not change further. If you are not excited to play this game in its current state, then you should wait to see if the game progresses further in development.

  1. I don't actually think you'll have to start a new world, hopefully.
The fact that they put all the future biomes in the game already as placeholders means that they can just update what appears in them without changing the actual map. So they'd add enemy spawns and maybe some dungeon entrances or something, but there's a good chance you won't need a new world.

  2. Just a suggestion for your "home portal" instead of naming it something. Leave one portal at your base but name it nothing. When you add a new portal to the world it will automatically link home. When you go home place another portal and name it what you want the new portal to be. Tele back and rename. Also it isn't the wisest idea to constantly rename portals (as in no portal room) unless you are 100% solo. If another player renames the portal when you have originally gone through it then you become stuck wherever you are.

  3. I would use iron poles on each corner, play with the snap options, you might be able to hide them or showing may look cool too but since They attach to each adjacent block turning it blue, running one up each center should significantly increase its durability!

  4. If you fight all the bosses again, you should do a video on it. Just record the beginning to end of each fight, and cut them together into a video without any of the prep work or whatever. People would watch that for sure.

  5. Portal rooms look sick for one thing, and for another you don't have to write down your tags and constantly rename your portals. I agree that more portals is better.

  6. Kage just had to go and kill them while they were trying to get busy, party foul man, that’s not cool. It is pretty damn funny though.
I’m definitely looking forward to some of the updates they have been talking about.
    Great video bro, keep’em coming!

  7. 10:31 How I use my Home portal is that if I go to clear say a crypt, I make a Workbench and a portal connected to Home just outside, just so that I can easily just teleport back home, repair my pickaxe, clear some inventory, get a new rested buff and then go back to clear the crypt/copper node/deforest/whatever. Then when I'm done, I destroy the portal, then the Workbench, and it's ready to be used on the next location. Works great!
