Saints row 5 (aka the new saints row game) is coming. Will saints row 5 ps4 xbox one gameplay and nintendo switch exist? Or will it be only ps5, xbox series x and pc? I don't know, but Saints Row 1 exceeded expectation back then, all i heard was people being mesmerized about the graphics, its a shame i didn't have the opportunity to play it back then.

The thing that should matter is making the best game possible the processing power difference between the generations alone could still mean alot even if they aren't go to push it all the way.

Personally I think it’d be better financially to not focus on just the new systems the ps4 has a massive install base that maybe won’t upgrade any time soon plus the more systems it’s on the more potential buyers
SURELY PS5 and Xbox Series X will be available for everyone by the time SR5 comes out. I just can’t see gamers being in this same predicament this time next year.
They shouldn't say goodbye to ps4/xone for at least 1 more year or mid 2022 they could start abandoning it cause most gamers haven't switched over yet cause the new consoles always come out with many issues
I remember gat out of hell being released on both old gen and new gen, I bought first the old gen version because I was still on 360 and I never had any problem with it.
Happy New Year!!!! I'm kind of hoping the new Saints Row will be available on PS4/Xbox1 as well as the newer consoles, at least when it's first released. That way, even those who don't have the newer consoles at that time will be able to play it.

If the rumours of them working on it since 2017 are true, It’ll most likely be on PS4/Xbox One as well as PS5/Series X and S. since they wouldn’t of had dev kits for next gen consoles in 2017.

Backwards compatibility its so importent for me that if Sony had'nt make Playstation 5 backwards compatibility with playstation 4 games, I will bay xbox Serius X instead.
Cyberpunk works great on Stadia, hopefully Saints Row becomes a great addition to Stadia's growing library. Kids will laugh at us with our VCRs/consoles one day.
While I am really excited for Saints Row 5.

We went through an entire console generation without seeing a new Saints Row or GTA game. Previous gen we had 4 SR games. I’ve been itching for a new one.
Depending on when they'll release the game, I'm sure it'll be at earliest fall 2021. SR generally releases around fall late summer. I would say 2022 is realistic timeframe. I for one hope for it to release on last gen. Not sure if I want the next gen. Ideally, I want to build a PC so I can play it with mods. Plus, Volition can't afford to lose money alienating their audience. Hopefully, the new SR will be one of if not the last open world game of the last gen consoles that'll go out with a bang.

They should release saint's row 5 for all consoles that would be awesome it wouldn't be fair if they just release it for ps5 and Xbox series x the same thing happened to mortal Kombat x it was supposed to come out for the Xbox 360 and ps3 but got canceled i don't want that with saint's row 5
