It would be naive to think there won't be game breaking bugs in Hitman 3. My only hope is that IO actually fixes all the worst bugs this time around instead of "putting them on a backlog". https://www.ioi.dk/hitman-2-november-update/ (just scroll down to "Known Issues" to see how many bugs IO knows about but have been "placed into the HITMAN 2 backlog".
