There's no one perfect item for Singed and I think that's GREAT. Part of the fun is how diverse he can be.
No other champion can be enjoyed without 2 or 3 specific core items and one or two Rune Paths…
Singed is most fun with spellbook and some dumbass situational build.

On the topic of reworking champs, o always said back when they changed Aatrox that basically an entire old champ was removed and replaced with a new one, because there is so little commonality. And people back then said I was wrong but I think people nowadays would agree. I could make a similar point about Yorick, maybe. But his kit was maybe too jank and hard to balance

Singed falls under the same category as fiddlesticks in the sense that they are super unique Champs with very unique playstyles. Thats a big reason I want to learn singed unique playstyles make the game a fun challenge. Also depending on the build does fiddle count as a DOT champ? I know the protobelt/night harvester builds are bursty but the liandries build seems like it would be DOT.

Here is how you missplayed horribly.
1. Wait literally 0.5 seconds and the minions are under tower, saving you 2 tower shots. You have so much movespeed he isn't going anywhere. You could have taken a step left, waited 0.5s then gone in.
2. Pretty mediocre W, you should have put it touching the wall so he can't flash off it, but we knew he didnt have flash so you could have auto'd him once or twice before flinging, while also keeping your Q on him. Graves dashes forwards here to EQ the wall, but you fling him off for no reason.
3. Holding your E until he steps off the W also pretty much guarantees a goo-fling, forcing his oranges. It's pretty basic, you put W on them, wait for them to run off it, stand in the middle of your own goo and then land the E.
4. You stop and stand still to auto the barrel, then cancel you AA. You take like 5 tower shots re-applying your Q for like 2 ticks max. You could have been on top of him, but your fling was shit.
And then u flame Graves kek.
