Rumors say the wipe was planned for August but will probably be delayed by a couple of months as usual.
The economy in this game is what moves the "wipe". Honestly, there are a lot of gaps within this "economy" and that's why I think that while the game is still in beta, prices shouldn't be part of an absurd realism if you are omitting other things that are also part of the everyday economy.
What about the scav on scav/fence stuff and factory expansion with scav boss. To me that seems worth a few months of content. But they need to seriously deploy a butt load of content by the end of the year. Seriously they'd gain like a million players. I've this happen to games in the past

Dosen't really matter when the wipe is. I say slow is smooth and smooth is fast, even when it comes to game development.

Im a casual player ( cuz the grind is too much time for me ) and a low one in terms of movement ahaha mostly I play with my friends and what I can note is that people dont have fear gear anymore, the economy is so broken that is so much rambos in the game that I cannot enjoy it tatical like I enjoyed 2 wipes ago… another thing is I am a big fan of the project written in the paper, the problem is like you said, they are too SLOW!!!! maybe because they are soo small sure… and its beta they can always use that argument FOR YEARS! However I still believe in the project because they have alot of good ideias in the PAPER ahah I strongly believe in a wipe expansion of factory and fixing some minor bugs in sep/oct due the broken economy and try to launch scav karma, and like you said in the winter they release the mastercard ( streets and ofc karma seletive ) thats is my honest opinion, otherwise they will die, slowly.
BTW nobody talks how he can do it racional talk and talk about serious things while he wipes interchange?? ahah

what sucks is that there's a need to juggle adding content to the current game and also completely redoing whole systems in the game, like armor rework/economy rework, and sometimes when they add content like woods expansion it's just kind of a failure (woods is still kinda garbage). I want to see them actually rework/add new systems with wipes, not just do it for the game's "life cycle" where the game becomes boring after 4 months. This game needs to find out how to be fun for more than 4 months, that's what I want to see from the devs.
would rather just see twitch drops get used to artificially pump the playerbase when needed. give level 20 players with no motivation to play a couple decent pieces of armor and they'll probably go play for a bit again.

Not tryimg to shit on EFT or BSG, but let's face it, this game will never garner a large player base and will probably die off before it ever even leaves beta which it's been in for like 4 years now. It's just too complex for casual gamers and not new player friendly whatsoever so most people who buy it will probably stop playing within a couple of months, if that.
True a lot more dead raids….but who really misses those red arm band gang members anyway? Haha

I will be happy with new wipe, no content, at least the first two months will feel better than being maxed out rn
It's almost like we've been in a global pandemic and no one can work from there offices…..
If there isn't more content in the next 3 months, the player base will continue to drop, probably by at least 10-15%. Labs is borderline raider farming because no one is playing. The economy is broken because money has not reset for so long while BTC farm was broken. You can make 500k per raid without PVP at all. The game is stale and people are pessimistic because previous "content patches" have been crap. The one new thing they've done is add MAI AP and buff the AK. People will start playing Enlisted and Div 2 instead of EFT just like how people left Fortnite for Apex and Valorant.

I'm not a streamer but I played every day for at least 3 to 6 hours on weekends and more..but as I see the game really loses popularity, I follow a very large number of streamers and I see that a lot of them switched to other games .. this game is before slowly evolving..I also switched to another game because eft is awful from sound to bugs, and worst of all when you need a whole magazine of 60 bullets to kill a scave without a helmet and armor and then he eventually kills you with one shot through gen4 or slick

You forgot to mention arena mode. They could do arena mode and factory expansion mid summer. That would be some good content
BSG needs to add a little more substance to the game, raids are honestly so repetitive, especially after getting Kappa and Tracksuit you just get burnt out. Beginning of a new wipe is always fun but the fun doesn't always last. I just sit and look at all the gear in my stash with no motivation to play its sad.
Wipe prob wont happen till the end of year…. You have too many new players joining up
Or maybe they didn't release new content because they are saving it for the wipe. That is an option, too
