Kemba Walker added 29 PTS and 7 REB in the victory, while Bradley Beal (22 PTS, 9 REB, 6 AST) and Russell Westbrook (20 PTS, 14 REB, 5 AST) combined for 42 PTS for the Wizards in the losing effort.
With tonight’s victory, the Celtics have secured the No. 7 seed in the Eastern Conference and will face the Brooklyn Nets in the first round of the 2021 NBA Playoffs, while the Wizards will face the Pacers on Thursday, May 20 at 8:00 p.m. ET on TNT, with the winner securing the No. 8 seed in the Eastern Conference of the 2021 NBA Playoffs.
