Just bought this after watching some of your vids. Amazing game. Can't remember the last time I had a 8 hours game sesh. BTW – 2 thrown spears in the bisons head and it's dead.

The buffalo are easy to kill, at least for now. Two spears in the head and game over, so to speak. You get quite a bit of meat and leather off of it.
Buffalos aren't bad 2 shots to the head and they don't run after you they just walk when the first hits in the head and they give 6 meat, leather and fur.
Use “alt”
Hey do you think when the spear got stuck on a animal can you track it using The Alt?
I've found that once you set a hotbar number to the spear, when you throw it the next one goes into the same number slot as long as you have more in your inventory. Just thought you'd like to know that
Aim at the deer, not over its head.
I've built 3 houses and the large storage building, but now it says I've built the max and can't build anything more… anyone know why?

SO many folks telling GE to punch the stumps to make them go away…if you watched his other videos, you would see that they return, so it is a waste of time.
When playing this game, I feel like I am playing a first-person version of 'Banished'. LOL Not a bad thing, but made me laugh when I first thought it. I wonder if illnesses and disease (thinking black plague even) might be added sometime?

@4:40 Buffalo ??? It's a zubr or european bison. BTW Bizon is as closely related to a true buffalo as it is to a cow – it is from a different genus of animals. Just so you know – gaming can be a learning experience 😉

just equip one spear and they will keep equiping as long as you have multiple. when you depete them all you will have to re equip one and repeat
when you throw the spear you have to hold the crosshair to the left of the head because it throws it like real life from the right hand so if you aim for the head with the cross hair the spear will always go to the right of the head. and buffalo and spear just spear in the head and he will move slow toward you then hit him again in the head and he will die
The inventory reminds me a lot of Kingdom Come: Deliverance
control for stealth crouch. and you can stab with spear rather than throw at close range. You don't need to assign spear to multiple hotkeys just 1 and it will reload spare spears into the same hotkey.

What computer should I buy to run games like this? I would prefer something that is ready to go because I'm pretty illiterate when it comes to computers
I'm still early in the game, but I've found wild berries to be an amazing money-maker.
They weigh very little you can carry a lot of them, and you can sell them for 1 gold per berry. Berries usually grow in clusters of bushes, and each bush provides 3-5 berries.
In a cluster of 20 bushes, yielding an average of 4 berries each, that's 80 gold. Now that doesn't sound like much, but if you keep finding clusters, soon you're carrying over 500 berries, you can do this all summer.
