Talents, Soulbind/Conduits and Stats can all be seen in the top left of the screen. Using the legendary Balance of All Things. Although I would prefer to play Primordial Arcanic Pulsar in M+, Balance of All Things is the better legendary for raiding (which I do at a high level) which is why this is my priority of spending Soul Ash on.

hey. aroud 28:00 you convoke while being next to the spitefull.. but whern you are close (i think 10 range) it will cast rake + other feral spells, if you cast convoke from more than 10 / yards away it should only spamm Balance/resto spells (increasing your chance on starsurge/moon/starfall and other)
They just cleared world first +19 and are just mad instead of being happy and feeling the accomplishment. That's what mythic+ does to you

Convoke is fucked with range on this boss, u have to be close to melee. Otherwise it will just heal!
Why did u use convoke w 100 AP?? I was using convoke as a AP refiller
