Games will eventually get to $100, there will be no plastic box with one fan, there will be cloud services, there will be a steam like program for playstation on PC, PC market will rule more and more, more customization in the PC market will lead to more people owning and building gaming PCs. Xbox being known for its multiplayer games right? That being said you're more than likely to come across more competitive gamers within xbox keeping them locked at 30fps when you have a PS5 that runs 60-120pfs would just be backwards and a slap to the face.
Especially for third party crossplay games. realistically ps players would just have the upper hand until say Xbox had games to be able to drop the console.
