People crying about already having paid gold. You still need it to play every other paid for multiplayer game.
This is such a pointless and hollow offering. If your out there with a console and cant afford $5 a month for live, you probably couldn't afford the console in the first place.
The only people that benefit from this are bratty little kids who's parents stopped paying for live for what ever reason, most likely because they are little brats and have no self control with their forknife addiction.
No self respecting adult gamer is celebrating this offering.

i have a question tho, I bought a game where you can play single player and multi-player, if I don't have the Xbox subscription I can't play online, so my question is, are we going to be able to play online in games we bought without the subscription?

Bought the Xbox for only 99€ in january 2020 (with minecraft, sea of thieves, fortnite bundle and gold trial)
And there was even a 10€ discount promotion when you pay with a certain payment method

No fan boy here but I'm done with Sony and I've supported them since ps1. Have a ps4 and ps4 pro that both have bad power supply units. My friend still has my preordered xbox one that he's playing on. Sony won't be getting anymore of my money. I will buy used
