The Xbox Series X is about to get a massive upgrade according to Jason Ronald the lead engineer on the next generation Xbox Series X.
New features are coming to the next gen consoles, including RDNA 2 updates. These big upgrades have been a long time coming, especially with the Microsoft wanting to get the most out of the systems.
With the Ps5 and the Xbox Series X hardware going head to head, each company is trying to get the most out of their consoles. Let’s see if these updates help Xbox.

I don't care about quick resume, no my question starts like this why doesn't old-g Xbox one s support 120Hz, because it's only now the boosts for fps are announced, so we're they lieing our what? Also why can't one s get the new Xbox fps patch?? Yet they say buy the new consoles to unlock it in game???😕
Xbox is smashing it, we need assassins creed 2 at 60 FPS. Back compat is the best feature I ever saw. Period

I really hope we get broadcasting from our SX again … I hate having to run my XS and computer to just broadcast my game on twitch …. It's really not necessary because it's should be built in ….
I want to see Xbox studio games stay exclusive! I want Starfield and Elder scrolls 6 to be Xbox exclusive!!
What would be nice is if they would return the (Watch tab) to our gamer tag profile page.
I had over five years of game clips and screenshots with comments and likes that are completely gone.
Now you can only see them through the smart glass app or storage section of your Xbox, but all the likes and comments are gone.
And the smart glass app is a piece of shit now after they fucked with everything.
The UI is now retarded and the overall layout and operation of the app is just stupid and not intuitive anymore.
It still feels like this console hasn't released and is just being beta-tested until fall 2021.
Would this update increase performance for the Xbox one x

Quick resume doesn’t even make a difference PS five games load just as fast as loading to quick with them on Xbox

I use the Xbox App often. The more features, the better. Being able to do everything you can do on your console right on your phone would be amazing (except playing games, at least on iPhone. Apple must be fun at parties 😒).
Hopefully it help's a lot of people on a Xbox series X group on face book are saying the latest update's are making every thing worse wear they can't even play a single game on the console mainly cold war call of duty I guess even the X/S version.

I will have the choice to use or not use quick resume or that I can persist the quick resume snapshots to my external expansion card. I want to safe the internal SSD. I will use my Xbox in 30 Years. 😉 Like I do it with my Gameboy from 1989. I know, for normal Users which uses the livespan up to ten years will not have a problem but maybe my case…
Yeah if the app gets optimized I'd probably use it a lot more
