  1. Thanks so much! I did what I thought was everything right by installing My Files Explorer. I see it on the main Dev page above retroarch like you have. When I click in it, it says Please Try again, sorry that didn't work for some reason. Any ideas? Not sure what I did wrong.

  2. i found a way to usse another HDD . but for this are necesary the follow steps .
what you need dev mod and external HDD .

1° format the external HDD for install xbox content .
2° enable this usb drive to install aplication and your xbox/xbox360/one and series x games will be installed here. and install your games on the external HDD usb .
3° on devmode activate the internal HDD and you need to add the totaly space of the internall HDD and usse it for roms .
after add totaly space console reboot..

Now xbox consle games will be instaled on the external HDD and the internal HDD for roms .
and you will have enought space for the entire retro roms collection and space for your xbox games .
    have fun !!!

  3. I don't have a windows computer I only have a Mac, but I was wondering, how or where should I copy the games I have on my FlasDrive, to the Isolated Storage, for that, I can free space on my flash drive and put more games on it? So far in the Reatrach folder that starts with the numbers "1e4cf179" on that folder, I created a PS1 folder game, and I hope it works and I can play my games from there.

  4. Is it normal that copying localstate to my USB drive takes forever? Honestly, it could be the drive speed, but I also felt like I kept seeing the same files copy over. I've decided to just let it sit for now though. Also does switching from dev to retail mode take you a long time? And now it seems to require me to hold the xbox button on my controller for the restart to actually take place.

  5. I have a very important question. When it comes to developer mode is it possible to download a game off the internet like mr krabs overdoses on ketamine put it in the Xbox dev mode or via flash drive and play it on the Xbox series X/S? It’s a game you download from a website so not a steam client game.

  7. First, thank you soo much for the tutorial. Everything works perfectly step by step until I open retroarch after saving the configuration the first time. I have a xbox 1x and have followed everything to the letter. I change it to open as a game and have also switched to gl and have left it default on another attempted walkthrough. I've restarted at the necessary times and no matter what, it will give me the 0x8027025a took too long error. I've uninstalled and reinstalled 5 times, updated as instructed and restarted as instructed. I get this same hangup, everytime. Can you please help?

  9. hey, When i transfer my games over using the xbox portal method, it crashes retroarch, and its because it has games larger than 2 gigs, tried kingdom heart, which is 2.5gb that works but games larger (4gb) like sonic heroes and juiced doesnt load retroarch.

  10. Im so sorry to be that guy. .. I promise I looked up every comment on this video, but I can't figure out My File Explorer:
Downloaded through you link via Mediafire
    – Tried to install as is: No luck
-Deleted ".zip" and used ".appx". Brings ups "Installation Progress. No status information available."
    – Tried ".appxbundle": No improvement
    – Tried deleting the "." and everything after: No improvement.
    – Tried to extract and re-compress as appx. No improvements.Didn't expect much since I don't really know how to do that anyways, but figured A For Effort.
Can you please explain how to get My File Explorer from your link to the XBox One Series X? You keep saying the upload it messing something up. Is that mediafire? If there a different server you could use. and also, I spent a lot of time pursuing this info, but no one explains it, let alone provides a link.
