Yip, Microsoft is planning on buying more publishers. That's why Bethesda is in vault, that's why they pushing for browser support.
They kinda just saying, "look we are pro consumer and pro competition. We allow other cloud gaming services on our platform, provide cloud infrastructure for our competitors, we have a separate arm(vault) that can provide the games we bought out to be played on a make shift game pass service for sony/nintendo so please consumer rights commissions let us buy more studios, we wont be so greedy with access."
What about steam and epic game store???
