When that crackdown video was released in 2015 I was so hyped but so disappointed when the game was released, but hopefully we will see something along the lines of this technology. I've been doing a lot of xCloud on my Android, mostly playing Slay the Spire, but other Game Pass games too like Donut County.
Hope they can work with EA on BF6 for better destructible environment.
What I want most at present, is for Crackdown 3 to fullfill its promise regarding fully destructible enviroments. The Campaign was crazy fun, but Wrecking Zone was lacking. 😭
These technologies are already being used in MS Flight Sim, although that game is not out yet on Series X.
Next crackdown 3 update hopefully is a multiplayer update I miss that destruction

I remember this. The technology was supposed to improve the Ai. I think we already have powerful consoles, but it depends on how developers decide to use the power. We had smart Ai in Half-Life 2 and FEAR, so it's possible to have smart Ai without streaming data from the cloud. Although the downside would be missing out on features because my internet is too slow.

Xcloud is okay so far but I use remote play more. The cloud games have a lot of pixalation on my end, even though my internet speed is extremely fast.

Went for PS4 with the last gen. but this Friday I'm getting an XBox series X. Crackdown 3 is among the games I want to try, had a blast with Crackdown 1 and 2 back on the Xbox 360.
Crackdown 3 is a good example of what xbox promises vs what they actually deliver.
