They should do a random encounter event. At any point when traveling through mondstadt you have a random chance to encounter elite H trolls to attack you, when traveling through liyue you have a random chance to encounter elite thieves. Accumulation of kills is how to earn rewards from shop. Solid event and i can do it while farming.
