Hey bro I have zhongli with everything hp his hp are 40k and atk 1.2k and 50cr 111cd and 158.8 energy recharge(level 80 zhongli with level 70deathmatch) he's perfect in either tank and DMG his ult does 30k and his shield has 16k hp and even his normal ATK are not bad it do 1.4-1.6k

His last talent should've been also changed tbh. Getting 7-8 ores is very underwhelming for a talent especially as a 5 star character. He isn't just the only character with this talent, but also Ganyu and Diluc which are also both 5 stars.
Since I use Xiao, I prefer HP% main stat on Zhongli timepiece
The damage difference of running hp sands is only 5k-10k lesser than atk sands on his ult. I recommend hp sands for a more balanced build but its only my preference.
