  1. I would love to see them add Fallout 4 style settlers that you could assign to tasks, jobs and defense in your camps. It doesn't have to be a huge number, but it would make it feel less lonely and more alive for us solo players.

  2. There is a Ping function on the map that is default keyed to Mouse 3 (the scroll wheel). It allows you to put a temporary marker on the map that players can see both on the map and on their HUD.

  3. In real life, you can choose which direction a tree falls by chopping a chunk out of the tree and then chopping from the opposite side.

    This makes the tree fall in the direction of the first cut. If falling trees can kill you, the game should make it possible to control the way it falls.

  4. As for early game deer, sneak attack them.
    As for sharing map locations, you can ping the map with middle mouse button.

    Also control click to move whole stacks between containers, or to drop thing. You will always drop the way your character is facing, not the camera.
