  1. Wouldn't the game be more boring if u just could get loot and sell, u gotta have some risk in to it I mean sure there are tall tales they are fun but still sinking ships is rlly fun and then taking their loot

  2. I was playing with my friend and we met a guy who didn't like the fact that my friend didn't have pants and he said it was gay I then told him to have some respect for him and he is not gay but a pedophile. Then we sank him a few times because he kept coming back to us xd

  3. I haven’t made the incentive to attack another player or ship, only just watching galleons or brigs fighting in the distance. But I’d say my first experience with someone attacking me was rather hilarious and enticing. First time I was attacked I was actually looking away from my screen for a bit, next thing I knew my ship was tilting on its side on the verge of capsizing. I look over and a single dude in a sloop rams into my port side. He jumps out onto my ship and all I see is a dude named “Channel 34 News” running towards me with a sword. I never laughed as hard as I did that night.

  4. I think that if you have loot on board, its part of the game to be stolen. I don't like attacking players that didn't attacked me first, with no loot on board.
But you don't know if they have loot without attacking them sooo…

  5. It just gets frustrating because people like you really pushed everyone to treat this game as a PVP competitive sweat fest, and now the developers have just been doing everything they can to support that. I used to like the exploration and interacting with the chill players but I dont get any of that anymore. It's okay that theres people out there that want to play like this, but they left everyone else who doesnt out in the cold. I cant really enjoy it anymore because I have never really been good at any game I play where I have to fight other players, and there was a time where fighting someone in Sea of Theives was rare, and now I cant play the game without getting paranoid every time I see another ship, it just isnt fun for me anymore. You can justify your actions by saying it's a pirate game, but the game has the freedom for you to just play nice and keep to yourself or to be a dick. As the days go on more and more people choose to be a dick so I just stopped playing. Used to I would say the game gives you no reason to go and be an ass to other players other then just wanting loot that you didnt work for, but ever since all these updates, especially the reaper flag, that just isnt the case. The community influenced the game to basically become a over glorified battle royal at this point. It's a shame because there is nothing that gives me the experiences I once had in Sea of Theives. I'm glad at least other people are getting their fun in this way with the game but damn it I wish they could add some kind of game mode or lobby function for people who just want to hang out or PVE.
