Ultimately it comes down to having a competent adc. It's 2 people in the lane, and against what people say, you cannot carry when your adc does not know when to engage ot disengage or can't cs. I hate having to rely on someone else to do well, i'd rather rely on myself.

you're buying a bunch of enchanter items that buff your healing and shielding, but your only healing and shielding is literally your 20 second cd w. you need moonstone to make actual use of staff and censor.

You take eyeball collection, and the base AP from dark seal let's you go Cosmic Drive 2nd item. The best support champion you can pilot of you get the worst ADC of the two in a match (50% of the time)!!
