  1. IMO, Dormin never tricked or betrayed you. Mono is resurrected and it became clear early on that whatever price Dormin extracted was not going to end well for Wander when he kept personally absorbing and being altered by Dormin's powers after killing each Colossus (many of whom attacked him on sight and may have been responsible for several of their domains being unpopulated ruins). Whatever happened to him, Wander went in with his eyes open.

IIRC, at the end of the game Dormin only fought the militant priests (which are generally not two words that are allowed to trustworthy people) after they attacked it first.

  2. 10 video games where the 'best' choice wasn't the best choice. This can even be mission specific, for example Wicked Eyes, Wicked Hearts in DA:I. My example would be the November Reigns ending of Wasteland 3. The Gippers are the only faction who can run oil through the land, so to get Patriarch's son out of their grasps, you have to kidnap their leader, the Reagan AI, who the Machine Commune also wish to free. They're both openly hostile to the idea and the ending slides reveal that both sides are slowly amassing weapons.
Love how James couldn't keep a straight face during the 'fear for my safety' cut.

  3. I have always thought that Wander knew all along Dromin was trying to utilize his body to be resurrected. he knew it was the only way to get his love back so he wrote the army himself that if they could stop him to at least reseal Dormin.

  4. You guys definitely need to do a long, in depth video on Top 10 Coop Campaigns that made Friends into Family.
You know, like the first time playing through the Campaign of Halo 1 when it was first released, with your best mate or older brother.
There's a wealth of choices to explore and it'd be interesting to see where you guys rank each.

  5. I nominate Baten Kaitos: Eternal Wings and the Lost Ocean's…

    SPOILER

main character, Kalas, who had been working with the villains to get the power needed to avenge his murdered father and little brother, and had arranged for the player avatar (Kalas' Guardian Spirit) to get amnesia because they were refusing to give him the power that he would need in his quest to resurrect the evil God Malpercio in order to get Malpercio to grant him the power needed for his vengeance.

  6. I swear Jules, you have to be the only person I've ever known to refer to Warhammer 40K as Warhammer 40,000… Is it just you being different and difficult or is that a British thing?

  7. 8 missions/npcs that humiliate the main character for no reason …..

Think Geralt in the Witcher 3 with the innocent campfire that he wakes up in his underwear with all his stuff gone.
