  1. Having come from playing Siege this is how I've always done my peeks in Tarkov. I thought this was just a standard technique that everyone knew already. In fact, every time someone would mention the "jiggle peek" I just assumed this was what they were talking about.

  2. I love how you're dead before the gun is out from behind the wall. For all that talking you did, what this is really about is abusing the fact that your character is temporarily invisible due to client side bias. So congratulations on regaining your cherished exploit. Yay.
The right hand example you showed from the peakee's perspective proves this shoulder tucking malarkey is a red herring. Just because they didn't peek far enough to shoot does not mean that tactic cannot have merit. Your problem with it is that it doesn't give you that 200 milliseconds of unearned impunity that you'd become accustomed to. While I am not aware of any plans to remove this exploit, they are working on offhand shooting. Thank god.
They need to measure the ping and retard the movement of the hitboxes by that much to compensate, but I'm not going to hold my breath.

  3. man this game should just remove all harcore features and go full COD fluidity.
    Why?

Because you imbecils will ALWAYS find a fking way to exploit it and turn it to COD anyway and the only ones who suffers are those who play it as intended.

  4. shit like this just makes the game not fun for people who dont play like this. if everyone played like this – thats how we get a heavy handed approach to inertia 2.0 jiggle peeking is stupid.

  5. This is a good way to help people so no shit here. But do you think everyone's brain works the same? You think someone could render information faster than a milisecond? I have troubles with my reaction time alone. The problem is people just need to work on brain power over muscle memory otherwise this trick is useless. You would just do some weird quick peek and have no clue what you were doing in the first place..
