In today’s ‘New In Gaming’, we have a new look at Unreal Engine 4’s Quixel technology that is powering next-gen games, and could definitely be powering The Elder Scrolls VI. Quixel even powered the game’s announcement trailer, which could mean they’re using this technology.

Quixel's realistic 3D environment is being used for the upcoming 'Hellblade 2' as well as Fable. I won't be surprised at all if 'The Elder Scrolls 6 is actually using it!
Even if the game did look like this you better bet your ass you'll probably get 20-30fps at 1080p low with 3090 lmfao.
I still have no idea why Bethesda is clinging to their Creation engine. Sure they know it, and their modding community knows it, but there comes a time where it is just time to pull up your big boy pants and upgrade.
if elder scrolls looks like this, im moving there.
Is this coming out to PS5?
Computer never mind
Current ps4 first-party titles look like that, and ps5 will cross barriers. All the pc users are like these graphics are the next-gen smh.
But can I still climb a mountain at a 90° vertical?
At first glance, i think of Red dead 2 graphics. :3
as compare 2 skyrim map if it was that big and this graphic then rip my hard disk
It made me think of Kingdom come deliverance!;)
Where are the cows flying? YOU LIEEE!!!!
I want this game so bad omg ❤️
this looks bad bro, crysis 1 looks better than this
People need to get their head out of the 'Eye Candy Anus' and focus on background mechanics and AI. That's what needs the most attention.
If you want to talk immersion with regard to visuals then have assets act and react naturally when you collide with them. Not merge with you or just remain static objects. Flora needs to decay. Animals need to live, feed, breed and move naturally, the ecosystem needs to exist in exception of the player and the whole world needs to move forward in spite of you, not because of you. Games where worlds only progress when a player hits a trigger point is static and boring.
Also will 'burning' assets actually burn? Will we see wood eventually collapse and the flames to die away as the asset loses durability? Or are we just looking at a static 3D model of something burning persistently? Again, immersion is required beyond the visual, background mechanics need to have these things act and react properly, with finite burn times and respond to how those assets would in real life.
16x the detail
I love ya Chief but this made me laugh way too hard…
I hope they prove me wrong, honestly, but lets be realistic. It'll be far from this.
Graphics may be as close to reality as can be in games, but we all know that great gameplay, non-retardadard AI, captivating story, and (oh boy) optimization are most important.
What we're your PC specs
lol i hope it’s better than fallout 😂🤣
Oh Shit, this will be the greatest RPG eveeeerrr

Probably not ES6 more like Kingdom Come: the second
16 times the details Todd says…
The one thing we all should learn is never to be hyped by games made by companies like Bethesda…
I'm not anxious to have this come out asytime soon…the countless hours I spent in Skyrim, I just know this would suck up the rest of my life😪 😩
What specs are you running this on?
Bethesda have already confirmed they will continue using the creation engine
Looks fucking great
Isn’t ES6 gonna be on the same primitive engine? Or is that just starfield
Remember how they said Skyrim was using a new engine, and it turned out to be the same trashy gamebryo engine with garbage shadowing that tanks framerates to this day?
I'll be honest, I'm tired of Bethesda/Zenimax's half-assing of their games using an outdated and broken engine and getting away with it.
How about they do this for the next God of War and Mortal Kombat ! How about doing this for some sports games 🤔 c'mon it's 2021😂
Bethesda does not use UE to make their games, so this does not make any sense. And even if they'd use it they would find a way to mess it up and make the game look like it's from a decade ago.
Bravo !
