  1. The way people still fellating CDPR is embarrassing to say the least. If any other company would've pulled this shit and intentionally manipulate and enforce reviewers to only review PC versions and only show their videos after the launch date, you would all be foaming right now. When Ubisoft launched Legion and Valhalla y'all didn't blame the bugs on 2013 consoles, so fuck outta here. 4 delays and still they launch this fucking ps2 mess

  2. I've messaged Sony refund page 3 times and not had any response. Here in the UK there's no phone number listed. I emailed CDPR when they put out their announcement yesterday, and still no response.
I'm with you guys, the story and the characters are great. Sadly everything else is abysmal on the PS4

  3. Its clear the game became a next gen title late in development. What they SHOULD have done was keep it optimized for current consoles and not focus on next gen like they did. Cause focusing on next gen is what ultimately hurt this game. Focus on current gen and getting that version out FIRST. Then work on and release ps5 and xbox SX later down the line.

Tbh i dont fully blame CD. I feel they were pressured to release when it clearly wasn't ready. Just so WB could meet those holiday sales. Its about 50/50 in terms of whos at fault at this point. Both CD and even more Warner Bros the publisher and shareholders.

  4. I knew from the get go that Cyberpunk 2077 would have problems, it was a given to me. Considering the jump from a 3rd person sword and magic RPG to 1st person shooter on a company that had never made anything like this.
But personally all I have thus far has been graphical glitches, on pc. On ps4 is a different story but I believe it is more because the console I use is the first edition PS4, it is one of the first ones out of the factory when it came out back a eternity back.

  5. I had (and am still having) issues with the game on ps4. But you know what ? I wanted to buy a next gen console with it, and you just can't right now. That's my main issue with the game. Bugs will get fixed.

  6. The game is fantastic and has some of the best characters I’ve seen in gaming. But damn the optimization for both consoles and PC. Runs like shit on the PC and the amount of bugs is insane.

  7. When covid hit and they moved from working from home, they should have said 'it's coming when it's done'. They shouldn't have commited to multiple deadlines that they obviously couldn't meet.

  8. Can anyone here climb walls with the mantis blades? Or use the mono wire to hack into people immediately or choke them out to decapitate them with the wire? I've seen these things in the trailers and have had no luck

  9. As disappointed as I am with what happened with the game, I'm not gonna just run out and return the game right now. I'll wait a while until it's properly patched. I'll go back to Minecraft in the meantime, perhaps plough through my library of games I've yet to get to. Go back to Fallout 4, perhaps or Yakuza.

  10. 'The game was playable before' doesn't mean the game was enjoyable. No gamer should have to push through hordes of bugs and crashes to get to the good part of the game. If 'playable' is good enough then any game would be good for release, no matter how buggy and glitchy, as long as it didn't crash, but we know that isn't the case. With a game so unfinished I can only imagine the level of crunch they developers had to go through near every release to try and make it playable; to make it all even worse they are going to be required to crunch even post release to fix this mess. Shouldn't a company know when their own game should be ready for launch? I can understand the first delay but all the delays after that just scream 'Oh, we'll surely get it done by November/December' without clear knowledge about the amount of work still needed to be done. Then they also messed up with the whole PC only review stuff and by offering refunds without striking deals with all the stores that sell the game. The higher ups at CDPR mismanaged the project big time and now its up to the devs to put in the crunch to fix the game =(
