I think giving small buffs to low pick rate/wr legends is good since it makes a lot more of variety in champ select, also nerf valk ult, way too good in ranked, with a low cd

I think the main issue with Bangalore, even without her broken smokes, is that EVERY new character has a scan. Like, scan legends used to be sooo strong because of their unique abilities to see enemies where you normally couldn’t. Not everyone needs a scan!!
