Apex Legends New Weapon Update Controversy & Details
In today’s video I go over some controversy revolving around the new rampage nerf, as a lot of people are not too pleased with the fact that the weapon is returning and that the nerf wasn’t substantial. In my opinion they do still need to do some more tweaking until the rampage is fully balanced, but we do have to wait and see how it performs after the new change. Hope you enjoy 🙂

Rampage wasn't nerfed, lol. It was balanced better.
There was plenty of preds triple stacking glitched rampages, so annoying.
Flatline is more OP than the rampage and no one says anything about that 🤔🤔

Idk what they are going to do with the rampage but it is meta in arenas. Full mag with thermite it's exactly like the spitfire. Same damage output little slower and a little more recoil. But your practically getting a care package weapon by the 3rd round

Yea, people thought it was smooth because they removed all the guns good at mid range. No alternator, no G7, no rampage. Only the R-301 is left that's accurate at mid range and I know they love that. People hate all LMGs in BR.
rampage is good for farming damage but it's not that good considering most of the fights in apex are close range most people have so many cells/batts poking damage at long range is pointless. It also takes pretty long to charge so it's almost impossible to do so mid-fight, once it's uncharged pretty much any other weapon is better at close range. I still think the rifle/shotgun combo is way better than carrying a lmg

Please remove the rampage it’s too broken to the point where the only thing that will make it slightly more balanced is making its bullets only doing 20 dmg or 15 dmg and make it have the fire rate of a sniper. Fuck this gun I hate it so much

That nerf made it so it was less of a low rank weapon; more accurate players won't notice the nerf. And since accuracy compared to other stats for apex players aren't transparent…

In all seriousness, honestly, the Rampage is a mediocre weapon due to how situational it is. It's a mid-ranged suppression weapon that can also help counter the "empty mags up their ass" playstyle people love, but only if they fail to 1-clip you. Worse hip-fire than the Kraber, low DPS, additional resources required to make it even comparable…
The Rampage is like Crypto: good for everything EXCEPT winning a duel
The Rampage being a mid-ranged LMG is just seemingly too much for people to handle, since they actually have to use their brain and switch their shit up whenever they fight someone with the Rampage, but people just wanna be braindead Octanes who run in, empty their R-99, and either win or lose in an instant
As for the skin, I'm surprised people are still buying shit from grEedAy

Feel like they missed the opportunity to actually give it a proper balance update, the reason it's so annoying is because it has virtually zero recoil paired with the high mag size.. And the reload speed is fairly quick for an LMG as well. There are so many factors that make it OP, and Respawn just ignored almost every single one of them I guess.
gun is too easy to use for how much dmg and mag size it has. disgusting weapon with 0 skill just gonna skip ranked this split after i get d4 because its so cancerous seeing kids abuse who can actually aim
make the rampages reload speed like the charge rifles lol
L star is either nerfed or bugged right now.Fire rate is incredibly slower and feels weaker
