It has its flaws but for me I would say it's a solid 7/10
I liked the movie. I think the biggest detraction was Cole. The movie started out great. If they had continued along that line, and stayed away from the cage fighting aspect around Cole, would have been a lot better. The rest of it, I think was spot on. I think Raiden was fine, they did the same with him in the first movie.
