  1. I came here to watch Space Wolves and all I found were Grey Primaris Marines. Where are the unique supplement units? Shame they are not in the army. Great paint job regardless.

  2. Yeah, new Death Company and Death Visions are entirely underwhelming.
And I was a avid supporter of Death Company in 8th, what they've turned into in 9th is just depressing. It's so bad, and I didn't know turning Primaris Characters into Death Company would put one of my favorite units in the trash.

  3. My main critique is the amount of CP you guys are using for re-rolls. It's typically never worth it to re-roll with a CP, unless it's for pivotal charge or definitively game changing roll. Stratagems are an infinitely better use of CP than CP re-rolls, but you're out of CP half way through turn 2… due to inconsequential re-rolls. Feels bad.

  4. Correct me if I'm wrong. The first fight phase when the DC started attacking. He allocated the attacks the intercessor squad that did they heroic intervention. I thought the charging unit could not target a HI unit?

  5. Just a thought I had. Dave when luka tried to catch your warlord ou should have just fallen back with your warlord but left the marines in. The you can still get the charge on your next turn rather than letting him fight first.

  6. I'm building a space Wolf army during covid lockdowns to stave off loneliness. I haven't actually played a game and probably won't for quite some time so I'm trying to learn the rules / strategy through these videos.

I feel like there is very little that makes this a space Wolf army, am I wrong? or space Marines all kind of the same except for their paint scheme and a few doctrines? Is it common to not use the chapter specific models?

  7. So… I sent similar feedback to Dave about optimization in this regard: Luka, I'd love to see you run bladeguard and assault intercessors. Your chapter tactic and specialist doctrine are both designed for melee combat. Recognizing that you are limited by studio collection and collecting multiple armies, I would suggest a squad of bladeguard and an impulsor.
