  1. Does this include building and designing the brewery? Calculating pipe lengths and pitch? Sizing your boiler, kettle, Lauter etc? Yeast harvest and cell count simulation? Market analytics, consumer feedback and adjusting to demand? Not to mention the endless tax paperwork and ttb submissions?
