  1. I'd say you win this because you aren't doing any damage with healing spells, so healing didn't kill the enemies faster it just kept you alive long enough to kill them which is perfectly acceptable.

  2. ok one thing. the whole being ignorant of things is funny the first few times you have done it in your videos but tbh its just annoying at this point. its just super forced sarcasm and its not funny anymore. its like telling the same joke to your friend 100 times and expecting them to give a genuine laugh and not a for fuck sakes again with this shit laugh. also the simple fact of mixing jokes up 1 makes you practice being funny and 2 doesnt make your videos a copy of the last one you did. your a good youtuber. love your content. but mix things up more and stop with the overused sarcasm.

  3. Oh, ffs, using healing is ok as long as the healing is not killing crud… Consider the following: a challenge is to kill stuff in some very specific way, EVEN pacifist for that matter. Is healing yourself killing stuff? NO. Then why on Earth would it void the challenge? Because you died less? Dying less does not void the challenge, it just saves you time so you can do more stuff that we appreciate you doing. So, please, no whining about healing, ok? Healing, blocking or anything that does not deal damage is fair game, although, you are forbidden from putting perk point into said stuff, that does void the challenge.

  4. I have a split oppinion about healing spells. I did a run of skyrim without any magic, including enchanted items and spell scrolls. and it was fun.
do i think it kinda defeats the point of the challenge. on the other hand, you could just grind for a level up to get a heal for there, or have a bunch of healing potions with you. wich kinda does the same thing. both do produce the same outcome, so i dont really care.

  5. Oh i love bethesda. What should we do if we have a cutscene where the player needs empty hands? Make their weapon invisible? Temporarily unequip it? Teleport it behind the camera? Nope, fake sword.

  6. Your own rules said no healing. So by that metric it was a failure. Some would allow use of poison, healing or companion on such a run, but the important part is the rules do not change underway. That said, as entertainment it was a success😀

  7. I think the approach of "only use healing spells if you can't beat it otherwise" is a decent compromise. There is no entertainment if you end the video 3 minutes in.
There are always more strict and less strict definitions of a challenge run. For example, leveling up there may be considered a violation already. I would say: go for what is necessary and give a "yes, but we healed in combat" in the end.

  8. I'd say using spells to heal is more ok than using potions to heal, honestly. It takes time, and it's very much not a brute force auto-win. As long as the challenge isn't literally "do x without healing", I'd say it's ok.

  9. I say you won because you tried until you had no other options. If you just heal your way though everything that’s basically a normal run with a build in mind, using healing as a last resort is fine imo
