I'm sorry to say this Jeremy and no disrespect intended, and although I understand that people can do what they like, but for people that have taken the game back to get refunds on it and got it, both digitally and physically, yeah okay you're sending CDPR a message that this sort of thing should not be acceptable, but not only do I think that is a stupid idea KNOWING the roadmap going forward and that this game WILL be fixed, but at some point as Jeremy said, people are just going to have to let this go, and find some forgiveness. We can't keep banging on this proverbial drum for all of eternity as if we're for lack of a better term, a dog with a proverbial bone. They made a mistake, they're doing all they can to fix it. MOVE ON!!!!!!!!!

RDR2 runs terrible on base PS4 and Xbox one, it borderline hits 30fps, it's blurry and laggy as hell. It was just not as broken on launch as Cyberpunk.
They should just fix the game, only losers don't make mistakes and nobody wants another duke nukem forever. Too much apologizing will result in sjw idiots attacking them and forcing them into making their propaganda… Enough apologizing, forget about the dated ps4 and xbox xxx series xxx 7 years old and make it work on new gen and it will be the best game ever!
I think the only way they could have tested for pc bugs is if they have tens of PC's with all different combinations of specs to test the game on

Got to remember that both RDR2 and the LOU2 were both released on consoles exclusively. Then RDR2 was released on PC a year later. Like CDPR said they focused more on the PC version then realized the old hardware needed more time. Not to fully defend the decision to release Cyberpunk but it’s easier to work on a single generation one at a time, while CDPR had 2 console generations and PC. Plus having to deal with COVID restrictions.
Got it for Christmas. Started it and got to the hacking tutorial bit and put it down. Loading screens were shocking and it seemed clunky as hell. Ill wait till they've updated it a few times

Waiting at least a year to finally play it was my plan all along. It's a huge AAA game in this day and age after all, of course it (unfortunately) released unpolished, buggy, and incomplete. And even when the devs have fixed all the major bugs they ever will, all the DLC is out, and a game can finally reasonably be called complete, there'll inevitably still be some issues and room for improvement left that only mods will address. Waiting is the smart choice for modern gaming regardless of the developer in question.
I am still enjoying the game (even with bugs).
Played it to the end and its nothing new even every store you walk into its all menus and standard text clouds, fun game but new/next gen it is fucking not

PS4/Xbox were the target generation and the only build currently available. The game was due to release before the PS5 & XSX the fact these machines are so fast they make the PS4/Xbox build actually run does not excuse releasing in the state of 1.03 imo.
Launch policies are dangerous for the market itself. Put the game on game when finished, we're not your beta testers.

It's funny when you said RDR had good graphics and isn't buggy as a comparison to CP2077…..yeah, that grass looks amazing. It's a big difference in asset classes between the games, and scope of view that never got resolved.
Their games never really thrilled me anyway, I'm more into story than I am about whether the speculative reflections on water are correct…..making a game look good usually means it can be beat in a few hours because they sacrificed story (or it's "open world" and still no story). I miss the old days where it took 40 hours or more, just relaxing with some final fantasy.
Maybe some of those crunch journalists would just put some effort to check Polish labor law on overtime. Unless checking facts would force them to crunch. We would not like to make them overwork themselves!

Ehh tbh they screwed up and I'll never look at cyberpunk again lol. I got my return not too long after release and have moved on. I dont know anyone outside of reddit who is still playing, even if it wasn't buggy, it's really not that great a game lol, great vibes, great world building, shitty game, no matter how you cut the cake.
