Cobi had some controversy with a named figure, and there are associations/groups who defend named individuals in media/print/entertainment, so its easier for Cobi to say "make an old 3 star gruff looking general with a white dog" then to say general patton minifig, and have to deal with say Patton Association sueing them because they dont like the depiction.
On the comment of the Jumbo, im really excited for this set. it has rubber wheels (so it will roll very nice), a unique built engine, unique Markings for that tank (that graffiti is actually from a named tank called Cobra King), lt has a lot of 'on the tank' accessories both front and back, and I believe this is Cobi's first Jumbo so thats really cool.
