Never did I think Cohh would be able to make and "design" a strong build.. im proud of him…. Now im really looking forward to him playing Grim Dawn in 2050 and make his own dual pistol build 😛
45 000 dmg is a tad op
You have the quickhack sound bug, sounds like scrolling. It's one of those things that don't bother you until you notice it.
I run a generalist build with focus on tech and crits. Mods are mostly defensive. Unfortunately there are some quests that spawn bosses right next to you, like a certain "nethacker" that will just one shoot you.
Even with 2000+ armor I just get one or two shot on hardest difficulty. I think defense is for any other difficulty but hardest. Stealth is the way to go.
Seems you have chosen two different "Offense" and no "Defense". Both hacking and smart weapons are crazy OP, so just pick one, then put the other points in Defense. My 2c
Really love this build this gonna be my next playthrough with nomad path
This is basically going to be my next playthrough, but I'll be restricting myself a lot more. I want to roleplay as a really weak hacker who's basically unable to use any weapons effectively. My current playthrough is a ridiculously tanky solo, so it'll be a big difference.
I don't know if it's bugged or intended but slotting multiple crit chance mods on armor doesn't stack.

Looks like you can do building clears without ever seeing an enemy face to face
considering 3k damage is enough to kill virtually anything in the game, damn that's overkill af. Guess it melts bosses tho.
I non lethal as much as I can. And probably hit enemies more then is needed so I'm sure they died and now I don't use anything other then hands
its hard to make a solid build if you want crafting too
Only complaint is Cohh didn't show his stat page. I'd really like to see what his crit numbers are

Speaking of stealth katana, I’ve been having a blast with it. There’s a named Katana that deals 500% crit damage and is sooooo much fun

Game is so bad on consoles Sony removed it from their store and are offering full refunds. One a sad week in gaming.
Wow, Cohh, aside from Gender & Lifepath, your character is being built along near identical lines to my own. Definitely Hacking & Crafting focused, with a minor focus in Melee & Stealth.
Is it bugged or is crit chance capped at 71% ?

Some Improvements to this build:
1. Swap out some of those crit mods on your clothing for armour mods. even the basic white armour craft can actually make higher teirs if you have blue/purple crafting unlocked – purple armour mods can roll up to +240 at max lvl. just a couple of them and you dont have to worry about being 1/2-shot anymore.
2. Swap Widow Maker for the Overwatch sniper you get from the Panam storyline. Even though its not a tech rifle it can still shoot through walls and is the only sniper in the game with a silencer – so you can stay in stealth and not alert everyone.
This definitely makes me want to replay the game just to try out quickhacking. Going for a Mantis Blades build at the moment which is quite the contrast to this.

I'm doing something similar but taking a bit of Body for the health and stamina perks. It also helps me get past a few locked doors. Besides the games bugs this close to release, I think the game balancing needs some work. Legendary everything is too OP. Others have videos showing how OP they are and it just ruins the immersion and becomes more like a Saint's Row experience.
I have a hybrid hacker sniper/katana assault build with double jump. Use the hacking to Cyberpsychosis a fool then ping to get them all on scanner then use a heavy sniper to wall bang all or just charge in with sword I'm so fast I can usually kill most before they fire a shot (thanks to 1 hit decapitations and on kill I regen 26% hp instantly and all the best cold blooded perks) and to top it off I craft legendary gear.
and I bet none of the bad guys use any of these impressive weapons and all for some weird reason use basic weapons. Lame.
Firstly; Cohh, you're a genius!
Secondly and totally unrelated, this is identical to my build in almost every way, wow. 😉
Only two real differences; I skipped all the component and duplication perks in crafting (I'm swimming in them).
And the bigger difference is that I use a different cyberdeck, I use the one that lets the Combat type Quickhacks spread. Netwatch something or other Mark 5.
I get much more use out of spreading Short Circuit (and to a much lesser degree Combustion) than System Reset.

Hey CohhCarnage, wanted to share my experience since I started out as a Cool character, with most points on stealth and 1 point into cold blood's "increased headshot damage" and I'm doing pretty much efforlessly on hard difficulty, one-shoting anything with a pistol from stealth. (got the +50% headshot damage cyberware mod asap from IDK what ripperdoc). Now I'm kinda slowly transitioning t your build with my personal twist (not going full cyberhack, only enough for wall-penetrating-weapons to be effective and disabling enemies enough) – also cold blood seems pretty viable to me since you can stack a lot of damage/IAS/defenses even on bosses once you enter combat. – Your guide made me see the potential of hacking, like a sorceror or warlock in classic rpgs 🙂 thank you.
You ara stacking crit chance, but it is not working at the moment. It is buged 🙁

I was watching CPR stream thinking they were about to stream when they hosted you and you hit 93k. I watched about six hours of your stream and then pre-ordered the game on Stadia (Excellent experience btw) Havent watched since because I dont want to see spoilers but will check out your streams when I've completed Cyberpunk.
