  1. The game is fun, but WOW the bugs. I'd actually recommend waiting until there is another patch or two at least. I can only imagine how the game was when they decided to delay it at first. Must have been completely unplayable.

  2. I can’t play this game that I waited 8 damn years for and preordered in march because it has a 14hr+, 45 GB patch! This is BS. Stopped the download and I’m returning it tomorrow! So someone will be getting a discounted copy!

  3. CD's expansion's in the witcher 3 were great but they deserve a good ass kick for that BS of letting the reviewers only play the PC version with pre-baked video. That's some EA/Activision type of bullshit right there. This genre is my JAM but I am definitely part of the crowd who will wait till i get my hands on a PS5 and the new gen version of this — I expect that will be in 2023.

  4. If you have any ps4, pro or slim you shouldn’t even buy because I don’t see how they could fix all of these bugs because unless you have a next gen console or a high end pc, you’re fucked. And the majority of players have old gen consoles so Yh. Out of 8 mill people that pre ordered atleast 5.2 mil are dissatisfied

  5. That’s why even though I got this game on launch I’m waiting til Xmas. One I’ll be getting the ps5 and I’m just gonna wait and play miles whilst viewing the patches. Do they have any patches planed soonish? I mean I got my birthday practically right after Christmas so I’m smooth sailing for this game

  6. How is it fun if we can't play mission? Like u even saying its fun let developers think its ok.were playing the game not to constantly start over…fun like wtf.they didn't deliver for us who are day one.we dont buy day one to wait weeks to play.witcher 3 didn't have these type of issues on this scale

  7. I don't think the day one patch arrived for old gen consoles. I have a xbox one x and I never got a patch. I pre downloaded it and right now it still sits at 59 gbs. Is the day one patch just for next gen? They said the day one patch would be over 40 gbs which would put the game well over 59gbs. So that being said maybe we assumed the patch for consoles would get the patch for on day one. Anyone here has an last gen or new gen and know for sure you got the so called day one patch?

  8. So Cyberpunk 2077 was definitely on my radar of games to get this year, but the one that was at the top of my want list was Flight Simulator 2020. And yes, it too has had it's rough bits shine too brightly for many players, including me. Bugs, glitches, crashes, etc… but with time patches have been rolled out that are slowly but surely getting the game into a better state. So what I did is I just waited. I already have the game, so instead of putting up with broken features I decided to wait for things to be a little more refined before diving back in. I think I might do the same with CP2077 if the bugs become too unbearable. At the end of the day, I want to enjoy the game to its fullest. Am I happy it launched in this state? No, just as I was unhappy with FS2020. But at the end of the day, both games will be made into smoother and more seamless experiences. Battlefield 4 was like this too. Buggy as hell on launch, but low and behold even to this day there are a LOT of active servers for the game as many people love the game for what it became. Give CP2077 some time, and remember that in the gaming industry money and profits often times trump quality control on launch. You'll still end up playing the game you own, so it's your choice to wait or not. For me, I might choose the former.

  9. I dont think covid had a big impact on the results of the game but it is difficult to judge on whether CDPR did a good job or a bad job wive cyberpunk 2077. We do not know how hard it is to develop such a game and if the conditions where right. It was bald of them to release it unfinished but i they where also under lots of pressure. In my opinion you should not rush a project you know little of, give them the time they need and trust that they are doing their best not to let you down. I understand many of you like my self had hoped for a more polished game and that you are disappointed in CDPR for this. But i assure you they did their best so it serves no productive purpose to be whine about it.

Also, your a wise man "ginger prime" and i respect your unbaised and much honest view/opinion on the "Cyberpunk case".

  10. I love the game, even with the game breaking bugs. I never buy games from the gate, but this game is a lot better than some games of yester-year. In my experience, side missions and Gigs are more playable than the main quest.

  11. If you think about it, it's an early access game. The "free DLC" is the same as a game not being content complete. The game is also full of bugs right now. CDPR just doesn't want to call it early access.

  12. Im on base, ps4 im not that upset about the graphics because it is a ps4 , but the amount of bugs i could barely get passsed ******'s death i cant sprint when just was going fast in a car, its a good game i think it kicks ass, but. The amount of bugs really makes me wanna put it down for a bout a month even tho i just got it

  13. I’ve been loving this game. Few visual glitches and no crashes. I’m also on pc. With that said, it really makes me sad that people on older consoles won’t be able to enjoy the experience that I am. CDPR needs to correct this, bc my faith in them has been brought down quite a bit.

  14. playing on ps5, seen a few bugs but nothing serious. fun game but literally can't change the way your character looks in the game, like can't even change your hair and that was such a huge let down. I was planning on customizing a robot death god, smh

  16. I’ve got about 4-5 hrs in on PC and ran into zero crashes and minor bugs here and there, where I would pause the game and then it is fixed once I go back in (mainly the NPC’s mouth not moving during dialogue). I can understand why the reviewers still gave it high scores. I’m loving the game with the bugs and it really has to do with the world, the lore, and the action. Yes, they should have delayed until March, but I understand why they got it out now and as long as they put in the work like they have in the past, things will be fine. Right now, I’m setting it down until more patches are released. I rather get more fixes instead of running into a major issue that I haven’t seen yet.

  17. A company always has a choice to delay a game again. It should never have been released in the state it is in. I am playing on the Xbox series X and besides the bugs my screen freezes for about 5 to 10 seconds while driving the car around town. This has nothing to do with covid-19. Anyone who played the game for at least an hour would know of these issues. If it can't be fixed in time then you delay it.

  18. I love the game, honestly. I think CDPR stretched them selves thin on this games production and should have been more honest with how the released product would turn out, especially on console. I believe they will fix it. But until then I am putting it aside till next year and giving them time to update and fix the issues that still remain in CP2077. I just do not want to invest even more time than I already have just for a game killing bug to take it all away. Patience can pay out. And I say this being an avid player of games like Ark and Conan Exiles. Both those games have evolved to such a point they both look nothing like they were during their release.
