  1. Key word in the lawsuit was "investors" has nothing to do with gamers just the people who invested in the company expecting them to make a profit in the console section of gaming but literally came up with nothing

  2. Title is kind of bait. Jeremy makes it seem like people playing the official Cyberpunk 2077 release are getting Ransom scammed. But actually people dumb enough to download a random .exe or .apk are getting ransom scammed. If you care about the title, it starts at 9:33

  3. You can tell that Jeremy doesn't like the game as much as he took a ride on the hype train, he just doesn't want to admit it.
Ya hate to see it Remember Jeremy bashing The Last of Us Part 2 ? Well history doesn't often repeat itself, but it often rhymes.

  4. Refunds have no impact on stock prices. IF CDPR lied to there investors about the state of the game in an attempt to keep them from selling their company stock than CDPR can be held liable for it. Believe it or not these type of lawsuits happen all the time. The lawsuits are not ambulance chasing or slimy lawyer stuff but actual lawsuits that we as consumers want to happen because IF the company survives they WILL make changes to insure that the thing that got them sued will not happen again.

  5. 145+ hours on PC and I've only encountered a couple of very minor bugs…

The thing that's really annoyed me is how depressing the fucking endings are.

They actually made me not want to replay it. There didn't seem much point.

  6. I love the game playing on my Xbox one day one edition game plays great I do occasionally get a game freeze but it is normally during and auto save after a five to six hour session which lets me know it’s time for a break 😂 great game so far though

  7. Been playing it on series X. Solid game, playing on the hardest difficulty, it's not hard, but you have to think about your choices more and take cover more. It's crashed twice in the 48 hours I've played so far, but it's no biggie. Hella funny glitches here and there but 100% playable. Nothing stopped me from playing the game so far

  8. "If it seems too good to be true…"

Sorry ladies and gents, but you all fell for this. The game looked TOO good. It looked like the ONE game that everyone wanted to have and it looked slick as Hell. A must-have game. And you all fell for it.

I had my suspicions right from jump and it's a good thing my senses kept me away from this trainwreck. The game looked TOO good. So I knew it would end up in tears and anger.

Such wasted potential too, from all that I've read and heard. Too bad.

  9. i still didn't get it why they keep release cyberpunk 2077 on this state, its like digging their own grave.
probably the devs being pushed by the investor and the publisher.
if its release just as promises content and it can be play on promises device it should be a great game.
for now its just a good game for pc with tons of bug & glitch and many of cut contents reminds me of fallout 4.
even fallout 4 have better content due many customization.

  10. I didn’t fallow the hype and decided to get it on stadia, I havnt had many issues in doing so and behind all the glitches and bug there is a decent game underneath. I give the game a 7.5/10 not counting the bugs or glitches.

  11. If they had released before December alot more would have asked for refunds. All part of the plan 😀 but i got over 200 hours so far. My issues are more with the source material that is cyberpunk but thats my personal opinion. Only real thing that made me go WTF? is the speed enemies and "you" can move with cyberware. It looks like glitching as if they are in the Matrix? makes no sense to me 😀

  12. Hey , I got the pc version, it crashes when I literally am not touching the pc, and I’ve run it on a 1080, 1660ti, vega 64(least problems) and 5600xt. Just wow. Imagine if half life two launched like cyberpunk 76.

Instead of a stimulus check, send me a rtx 3080 and cut out the Monopoly money American dollar.

Mutahar covered this already , as usual…

  13. In all gameplay previews, they say "this is a preview of the game play and currently a work in progress, every thing you see is subject to change on release". A lot of the "cut" content, was removed for lore and gameplay mechanic related reasons. A large amount of people got way too hyped and decided to have a personal expectation way beyond what's reasonable given the short dev time.
I also agree with you on gameplay though, it's a solid 7/10. Nothing too innovative, some cool new stuff but it was pretty decent.
As far as the lawsuit and all of those issues, I also agree, everybody abided by their own terms of conduct for refunds.

  14. The sad thing is, the investors are in the right here. It's not buyers of the game. It's stock holders. People who on earnings calls asked specific questions to the team at CDPR and were lied to. It's not about the marketing. It's about a business lying to its investors. That is against SEC regulations. I would be shocked if they didn't win or get (more likely) a settlement from CDPR for this. The company founders alone lost over $1B in share value almost overnight. So, the investors have a right to be pissed here. Big time.

  15. To be honest as buggy as the game may be, the whole situation is being blown way put of proportion. I've played the since it came out and I'm still having alot of fun with it. As buggy as it may be. And yeah, there are some much needed features that they need to add asap. But I think everybody is jumping on the Cyberpunk-bashing-train just to get as many views as possible. While yes, CDPR execs have fcked up big time, the game overall is a really great base and I can't wait to see what comes next. The only thing they need to do now is to keep the updates coming regularly.

Let's be real, right now it's mainstream to ridicule CDPR for what happened, but in a few months people will have forgotten about the whole situation after everything was fixed. Just like how nobody is talking about Tlou2 anymore. (Apart from the game awards)

  16. Anyone disappointed with Final Fantasy 7 remake? Does it look like ass to you? I know its a different game, but Metal gear solid: Phantom Pain looks so much better. I use as an example because it was on PS3/PS4. Will fixing the texture problem really fix the game?

  17. Definitely a phishing scam and I'm quite surprised a number of users are falling for it. Amateurs and dumb-(&es

I do agree that in a month the game will improve and in time the negative press will either away but for now the lawsuits are painting a grim image for CDPR, whether it is due to higher-ups or the pressure from Investors and Media before release

  18. Got it for Christmas… Playing on a newer PS4 slim with HDR10 on a new QLED Vizio. No issues other than a couple of interlacing graphical issues. This whole thing has been blown way out of proportion. However the cut content is very mischievous…

  19. Cyberpunk is trash. People need to stop stroking off the game. Game is trash and hasn’t been fixed. Let them get sued and thrown out on the streets. Easy for them to waste peoples times and money and crash consoles.

  20. I never really understood the CDPR hype. The Witcher series never interested me due to the clunky looking combat. Cyberpunk could have been the best game ever made and still not lived up to the hype.
