In the Full disclosure quest there's an option where you hack the data bank. This data include some of those manipulation stuff and then Sandra wouy work on fixing it. Hoping to get a dlc of her but I know it won't be happening any time sooner.

I accidentally did this, I crashed into a car and got stuck. It got away. I was so disappointed in myself. I only ever failed two missions, which I didn’t go back for until my other V.
Ironically, the Peralez's fate ends up being worse if you succeed. lol. Sometimes ignorance really is bliss. I sure wish I was ignorant of today's current US political state.

Maybe nightcorp. Or an AI was behind the plot. Given everything we know about Sandra Dorsett and what she uncovered. Maybe it'll be explored more.
