How did you manage to spare Sampson? I felt like I did all the steps correctly but he still gets killed in the end.
I told her I was in it to win it, I told her about the promise in the text message, I calmed her down before the race, and I told her to not kill him at the crash but she still did. I interrupted her every chance I got as well.
Where is it?
You need to try and convince her not to kill him after the third race and then in the final race you need to keep following him. Then convince her again and then she will not kill him
