  1. Here's my two cents(of many others) 1: I LOVE the VA for Vik, and I LOVE the VA for male V. 2: I am slightly dissapointed in Keanue Reeve's VA performance, currently. I mean, both Vik, and V sounds way more real, like actual individuals, and at this point in the game(act 2, where I am currently doing all the optional stuff available) and he doesn't sound too convincing. His hatred just doesn't come through, for me at least. Maybe the performance will become better later on? I dunno.

But all this doesn't change one thing: This game is just fucking amazing. The haters can take their own heads and stick it deep into the sand. Kind of wish I had a beefier rig and 4K(and minimum 120hz) display just for the visuals alone. As it is I run it on 1080P and near maxed settings minus the RT, solid 60FPS. Looks and feels amazing to play. And don't get me started on the combat. What a joy it is to use a sniper rifle and just blast their heads of, or even using shotguns and watch as bits and pieces fall to the ground. Mainly loot. πŸ˜€ One thing bugs me. all this datamining and I have yet to gain any cyberhacks. Maybe just my luck, and the difficulty just keep on increasing. 7 slots, and the level 3 part of the datamining wants four inputs, which usually means I can't get any of the two above it, which sucks. Also, I REALLY want Johnny's gun. I hope it is available in the game. Hopefully with mod slots and scope+muzzle slots. A silenced one sounds like a dream gun to use in this game. πŸ˜€

  2. Me like Rocker-Slack at the beginning.
That ride gun fight is weird, it almost feels like it's not about shooting, just about time. But I liked the ending of the chase, it was very Terminator 2-like. Though I would still prefer a non-interactive cut-scene I could completely skip during other runs. The same with the part where playing as Johny and raiding the Arasaka tower. At least it's not hard to get through.

  3. Thanks, Slack! Storyline elements remind me a bit of Crysis 2 — mild spoilers — like when Prophet, who's mind is preserved in nanosuit, eventually took over Alcatraz' body. I really liked that game. Back then it was a good change for the dominating modern military shooter type of hand-holdy games, where, without a decent strategy, there was a sure failure state. It wasn't exactly open world, but the cityscape was large enough for fun sandbox action.
