  1. hmm this brings about a serious dilemma in the real world… when humanity gets to the point of such things the value of something like a dyson sphere will be more than all wealth on the planet and then some. how would we then handle something that is worth more than all of the worlds wealth? the motivation of doing such a thing would be to generate wealth but it would be at apoint where the cost would far exceed the amount of wealth even available to fund it it let alone profit from it.

  2. Looks interesting but those itty bitty planets look so silly. Factorio is just such a high bar to raise. I hope some team cares as much about their game as wube does. Because that's the only way it will happen

  3. I've played the game. Do believe the hype, but note this important fact — I haven't yet seen something like the Blueprints system from Factorio, and there's a reason for that. The planets are based on grid axes that snap as you build closer or further from the poles, and they snap in uneven ways, so your buildings will wind up moving a tile horizontally to compensate at times. Thankfully the support for this is good, but it caught me off guard at first.
