It happend to me, I got a gobelet artefact (broken set of course) with sub stat crit rate+crit dammage+attack%+def%, during elevation I got only 1 crit dammage and 3 time Def%, so I guess this game reconize witch stat are among the 4 sub stats, it's not a question of position I think. There is a Gatcha level up rate I think
envi is even unlucky when wishes. I’m convinced that he will not ending up with ganyu but another five star character 😅
Even if I have bad luck too on artifacts, I feel bad for him 🙁

My crit rate circlet with nice substats rolled to 25% def
got wanderers troupe flower with crit damage and critrate and rolled 5x on critdamage. ngl. best roll that i ever had. having 40crit damage and 2. something critrate is the best
