  1. Wife and I did a little thrifting in NYC on vacation in 2018 (Manhattan). Amazing brands in their stores. NWT is like insanely common at their (Store that shall not be named). Prices are also insanely high, and understandably so. We actually sold everything we got. Even the stuff you would see by the side of the road was gold!

  3. Here's a rental car tip: If you're flying and renting a car, look at rental places 5-15 miles from the airport, and then Uber or Lyft to the rental places for the airport. Over a year, I've probably saved over $1,000 doing this.

  4. I'm not a fan of credit cards. I have 1 with no balance just to keep my credit score open for when I buy a house, and after I get my house I'm canceling that one. I'm not of their predatory practices, they actually give kids cards who are in school and they don't even have to have a job.

  5. I agree with the credit card hack! We became debt free (besides a car payment) a few years ago and now we put EVERYTHING on our Chase Amazon card, shipping labels from ebay, bills, groceries and we get amazon credit for using it. We haven't had to carry over any debt and always pay it off every month. Its great IF you have the discipline, that is key for sure. And drop shippers are the ones who send messages after they ship something, only time I ever get a message right after a purchase, that's a ridiculous story from Mike. I always reply to any message but I never send out thank you notes.
