ESO – Vateshran 2h Damage Almost 20k | Proc Meta 3.0 | Blackwood PTS

What is going on guys! In this vide we are on the Blackwood PTS, and we are testing the Vateshran 2h Damage. We are comparing the tool tip numbers on the live server vs the pts. We have Almost a 20k tool tip vateshran proc. And honestly i think this is bringing us full circle back into Proc Meta 3.0.

  1. In my opinion gaze of sithis shouldnโ€™t stack with major resolve. One item and one button would be 17k resistance, 5k health and 500 health recovery lol. Stupid. This would allow people to actually think about there build a bit more instead of a brain dead major resolve plus gaze of sithis meta

  2. Thank you for the math. Glad to see someone else isn't afraid to get their hands dirty and figure some stuff out. Appreciate the heads-up and I'm waiting to see the week 2 patch notes now atm ๐Ÿ‘€

  3. Proc sets are a fine way to supplement you build or to build around it, but to see how awfully they scale it's just unbalanced. I hope they will change it, you need to put higher wpd threshold then spd because stamina versions of a class can simply have more wpd. Other cases like crimson are just insane, make it scale with you max primary resource like mag or stam.

Overall scaling has to be lower then in Markarth, but if you want to you can make it a bit higher (like 10-15%) you can, but you have to make compromises.

  4. The Real Godzilla. Please do a test for us, to show your theory on the light versus medium armor. Craft two sets that give both weapon and spell damage like new moon and clever alchemist. Do one build in light armor and do one build in medium armor. Use a class like say Templar and use the jabs and see what the difference in damage is done. Would be a very interesting video to see exactly if medium armor does more damage than light armor wearing the exact same gear only different weights. Thanks great video as always

  5. The scaling idea seemed like a good idea but if reaching the damage numbers is easy then what appeared as a way of toning down proc sets has just buffed them further up lol.
Seems disappointing that after all this time they overlooked the fact that spell damage is lower and harder to increase to the same level you can on weapon damage or is it a case they are setting the numbers based on pve and not pvp.
If they want to avoid another patch of constant proc meta complaints they are going to have to re do the target numbers .
Its early days so I think they will adjust it being there is already plenty of feedback saying this is way over tuned and in many ways worse than what was already in place, can't go live like this.

  6. Hey Godzilla im always wondering why ure recordings looks so fluid on console than mine. If i go BG's its clearly 100times better than on Cyro, but still gameplay is a bit laggy/clunky, also i experience minor stutters on screen – i have a ps4-slim, does the pro makes this difference or what causes it?

Yeah just dont bother, i played Eso since release, they will probably never fix their game properly, even if they do it, they'll will destroy it again after 3months. I do play but try to not spend money on this game anymore. Its the only language they understand.
