When EA release F1 Challenge 99-02 that was mega that you could do a real four season's of F1 to every car, driver and track of those four seasons
people won’t like it but just by putting EA Sports on the Box it will sell more. Look at what 2K did for the golf club

hopefully they can get good enigine audio this season. Kind of sad assetto corsa mods can be so accurate and a huge game like this and they cant even get audio that is realistic….

One thing I think this game needs is an AI only race mode. When I was little sometimes I would watch two AI teams in Madden go at it for fun. Having the ability to do that in F1 would be awesome. Imagine during the off-weeks, rather than sitting there wishing there was a race on, you could watch your own personal grand-prix.
everything you mentioned is already in f1 2020 apart from two player career mode
I hope it’s not the same Emma, Claire, and Jeff from the previous F1 games from the first 7 years and instead it would have new characters and engineers. Also, they need to get Martin Brundle to replace Anthony Davidson (who has been also replacing the same lines from the last seven years) to accompany Crofty for the F1 commentary. And they need to get Alex Brundle and Billy Monger to replace Davide Valsecchi to accompany Alex Jacques for F2 commentary. That's what I would predict for F1 2021 character-wise.
Causal modes for racing games eventually turns into unrealistic full arcade in every mode.
Until there's a Forza/GT type livery, helmet and suit editor, I won't bother playing this game. It's a disgrace that games from literally a decade ago are miles ahead in this area, one that (with the inclusion of MyTeam) is more relevant than ever.
And don't be so sure that EA owning Codemasters bodes well for the future. If there's a way to make an Ultimate Team type mode, Career and MyTeam will become shit soon.
I’ll do you one better, imagine an online career mode where everyone controls their own player, and both drivers control a team.
Seasons are halved, races are 20 laps each, and the whole thing might just last 2 hours or so.
Players can let an AI drive for them should they become busy, it won’t be the fastest, but it’ll get through the race.
Am I being too ambitious? technically, no. Realistically, yes, but I’ll have my fantasies…

As a lot of people, I watched the « Drive to survive » series and really enjoyed it… So I invested myself a bit more into F1 till I bought it main game…
And when I played it for the first time, I didn’t really struggle, even if I knew almost nothing about motorsport ect…

Me and my father got a steering wheel for the ps5 for Christmas from my mother. My dad used to love f1 and actually worked for McLaren when coulthard and hakkinen were there. I never really like it until I got the wheel. F1 2020 made me love the sport and I've fully into it now and will watch the new season. So I'm so hyped for f1 2021

They need to bring the power unit sounds that you choose from my career to multiplayer, why can I bring my car over but the engine sound is default, it’s so annoying

I had never played or watched f1 until f1 2020 I do play with the assist on or casual settings I can't figure out how to play successfully with them off I love the game I have completed all 10 seasons of my team career mode but I keep trying to get use to playing with assist off I also record every f1 race on tv
